Starting afresh in the new year and we are thrilled to share the first names in our guest chef line up for 2025. We are sure they will bring all the fun as they always do! Twin flames Barclay and Karol make up the cooking duo Bracia and they normally focus on seasonal and fully vegan menus. Barclay spent 5 years living in Chengdu, China where he took on the monumental task to master the local cuisine, an impressive feat wich will be reflected in their menu. Of course there will be dumplings 😬 or Pierogis as they are called in polish.

About

BRACIA is a London-based pop-up by chefs Karol Adamiak and Barclay Bram. BRACIA means brothers in Polish, and Karol and Barclay connected through their heritage and interest in exploring Polish culture and cuisine. Now, they develop ideas at the intersection of their respective journeys as immigrants and second-generation diaspora, through event production, creative direction and catering.
