Big groups eat from our sharing menu at £36 a head, a run of our best dumplings and small plates brought out to the middle for everyone to dig into. Loads of veg and vegan in there, and we'll work around any allergies without making a fuss of it.

At Clapton, book up to 26 in half the Hanging Garden with no minimum spend, or take the whole room for private hire, up to 50. At Victoria Park, up to 30 in the Lantern Garden with no minimum spend, or up to 30 standing in the Cocktail Bar. We've even done up to 70 across two Clapton rooms, the Hanging Garden and Matilda's sake bar.
No minimum spend on group tables up to 26 at Clapton or 30 at Victoria Park. The whole Hanging Garden and the Cocktail Bar do have one, from £[OFF-PEAK TBC] up to £2,800 for the garden, and £500 for the Cocktail Bar.
Yes. Take the whole Hanging Garden at Clapton, or the Cocktail Bar at Victoria Park, both separated from the main room so it's just your lot. The Cocktail Bar seats up to 20 or fits 30 standing, and works best for canapés or drinks rather than a sit-down. Matilda's sake bar at Clapton is also available as an extra room, just ask.

Tables are booked for around 3 hours, plenty of time for a proper feast.
No deposit. We send a secure link to hold your card details through Sevenrooms, and we only take payment if you cancel with less than 72 hrs notice.
Sake, cocktails, wine and plenty of no and low. For big groups you can pre-order drinks so they're ready when you land, and our drinks packages give you a discount for ordering ahead.
