Our Menu

We choose only quality ingredients for all our dishes and we make everything ourselves to make sure it tastes as good as it can! All our meat is higher welfare and our fish is sustainably sourced. Where possible fresh produce is sourced from the UK and in season. Whilst we take a lot of inspiration from Cantonese cooking and Dim Sum, we are of mixed origin ourselves, so sticking to traditional recipes is not our aim - there are playful as well as nostalgic dishes on our menu which pay homage to the rich cultural background from which we come.

Alongside our dishes we serve a great selection of drinks. Our wines are all organic/ biodynamic. We have a great range of sake supplied by Tengu Sake, who sources sake from small family run breweries in Japan. We have a regularly changing cocktail list where we play around with our take on the classics. And we have a good selection of mocktails and alcohol free drinks including a range of Chinese teas.

SIGNATURE DISHES

Prawn Har Gau

Our classic Prawn Har Gau is made using sweet prawns with a hint of crispy fried garlic and sesame oil wrapped in a crystal dumpling skin.

Jackfruit Dumplings

Smokey Jackfruit slow cooked in coconut milk with lemongrass, wrapped in wheat skins, steamed and then tossed in Mala Sauce (VE)

Chicken & Prawn Siu Mai

Chicken and Prawn Siu Mai, another classic dim sum dumpling topped with the pop of tobiko roe for that little bit of luxury.

Crispy Chicken Wings

Buttermilk marinated chicken wings, coated in polenta and then double fried for that crispy outer shell and then glazed with a sticky honey and fish sauce glaze and topped with sesame seeds, these never disappoint!

Pearl Meatballs

Our take on the classic dim sum staple, adding South-East Asian flavours to the pork, then rolled in glutinous rice, steamed and served with a rich peanut sauce and garnished with Thai Basil (GF)

Braised Lamb Noodles

Lamb shoulder braised down with cumin, star anise and cinnamon, creating a rich sauce, served with knife-cut noodles and garnished with green chilli
