Crispy vegan dumplings filled with a rich mix of truffle & potato wrapped in a slightly sweet dough made from glutinous rice flour

Silken tofu with a mix of preserved veg, tamari glaze and sesame oil topped with fresh herbs and toasted pinenuts
Crispy Pork Belly
Marinated in a spice mix, slow cooked so it's juicy on the inside and then crisped up to get that golden crispy skin, we serve this with our housemade plum sauce. Currently available only in Victoria Park restaurant
