Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK Mainland via DPD every Friday. 

The online store cutoff is midday each Wednesday for Friday delivery.

On the day of your delivery DPD will send you an estimated 1 hour delivery slot.

If you are not in for your delivery, you can let DPD know a safe place to leave the parcel via their notification email / text.

Frozen goods are shipped using wool insulation and dry ice. This ensures the frozen items arrive in a temperature controlled condition and they will be held at a safe temperature until the evening of your delivery date. When you receive your parcel, remove the frozen items and store them in a freezer. The dry ice can be disposed of by simply leaving it in a well ventilated area; it will naturally dissipate. Do not ever directly handle the dry ice, use oven gloves. Do not ever attempt to freeze or refrigerate the dry ice.

If your order didn’t arrive or you can’t find it in your designated safe place, please check other possible delivery locations for your building and with your neighbours. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on: sales@myneighboursthedumplings.com quoting your order number.

We work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, but in the rare case that something goes wrong (incorrect product, damaged goods, etc.) then please send us a quick message on: sales@myneighboursthedumplings.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Returns

Unfortunately we're not able to accept any returns due to the nature of the products.
