About

Born in Burma and raised in Thailand, Chef Robert’s culinary journey is rooted in the vibrant traditions of Southeast Asia. His passion for food was shaped early on by the bold, aromatic flavors of his heritage, and later refined through years spent honing his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens such as Angler and Sola in London.

Robert’s cooking is a tribute to his cultural roots — a thoughtful fusion of Burmese, Thai, and Chinese influences, reimagined with the finesse of modern European technique. Following a successful run of pop-ups and residencies across London, he now introduces a menu that brings together the soulful depth of Burmese cuisine with the dynamism of Chinese culinary traditions.

Expect fiery sauces, fermented tea leaves, and unapologetically bold flavors — each dish a celebration of contrast, memory, and innovation.

For Robert, food has always been a meeting point of cultures. With his latest venture, he embraces that intersection fully, serving dishes that feel both deeply personal and refreshingly new.

OMNI

Roasted stuffed chicken wing, mala glaze, tamarind ketchup

*Tickets are non refundable but can be transferred to another person.

*Please note that we will serve sharing plates family style, so be prepared to share the food with your table. Due to this all people in the same company who want to sit and eat together need to book together or email us and let us know who’s included in your company. 

* There will be a photographer documenting the event on the night during a short limited time for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of staff if you don't want to be photographed.

We deliver throughout the UK Mainland via DPD every Friday. The online store cutoff is midday each Wednesday for Friday delivery. On the day of your delivery DPD will send you an estimated 1 hour delivery slot.

Frozen goods are shipped using wool insulation and dry ice. 

OUR INGREDIENTS

We choose only quality ingredients for all our products to make sure everything tastes as good as it can!​ All our meat is free range, sourced from UK farms. Our fish is sustainably sourced and our prawns are sourced from Ecuador for a sweeter prawn that's more sustainably farmed. We also aim to have a great Vegan offering, with around half of our products being Plant Based.

RESTAURANT QUALITY

All our retail products have been developed in our restaurants and then tried and tested on the many customers coming through the doors, so you can be sure you're getting restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of your own home!
