About

Our third guest chef of the year is a bundle of energy - Zana Millen who's running her afro caribbean supper club Passa Passa! 

Chef Zana is of Jamaican and Antiguan heritage while born and raised in London.  With an extensive culinary background at local restaurants and around the world she founded Passa Passa with homage to her diverse upbringing in Hackney. It's important for her to showcase ingredients and traditional recipes from her cultures but she likes to enrich them with new elements. Having worked at BAO, Manteca and Pitt Cue Co to mention a few,  she has an arsenal of tricks up her sleeve and uses her experience to deliver dishes that we are familiar with but with her own flare and flavoursome touch.

OMNI:

• Roti + rice and peas crackers w/ scotch bonnet sweet chilli sauce

• Yuzu cured mackerel with Nashi pear and coconut aguachile

• Curry goat udon noodles with pickles, cucumbers and spring onion salsa

•  Coconut ice cream with hibiscus mochi and lime gel
  

VEGAN:

*Please note that we will serve sharing plates family style, so be prepared to share the food with your table. Due to this all people in the same company who want to sit and eat together need to book together or email us and let us know who’s included in your company. 

* There will be a photographer documenting the event on the night during a short limited time for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of staff if you don't want to be photographed.
