We're super excited to host Swilipino's next Brunch club at My Neighbours the Dumplings, not just because of her exciting, delicious spin on flavours from Sweeden to the Philippines but also we've had the pleasure of knowing Swilipino (aka Tintin) and watching her grow through the culinary ranks to become the talented chef she is today!

This time it's a fantastic 3 course brunch to begin the day with a big hug for your stomach! Starting off with a main - choose either the vegetarian or the meat option. The vegetarian option is based on the classic Filipino style of breakfast "Silog" that consists of garlic fried rice and egg. In this case it's served with a veggie Longganisa (Filipino style sausage) making it a “Longsilog” and instead of a plain fried egg she's serving a smoked aubergine omelette (Tortang Talong).

The meat option is an equally hearty dish but in a different style, following the Swedish rule of “meat, potatoes and gravy”, but with filipino flavours of Adobo and Cassava and accompanied with apple sauce and sour cream – 100% Swilipino style!

As a side dish there is a chubby vegetable fritter to hit that crunch spot, served with fermented chilli and Swilipinos special Toyomansi. And to finish the meal there will be the iconic Ube semla! A cardamom and Ube flavoured wheat bun filled with coconut paste, Ube Halaya and whipped cream.

Along with all of this there will also be a selection of brunch Cocktails and Iced coffee! Just order drinks on the day.

We deliver throughout the UK Mainland via DPD every Friday. The online store cutoff is midday each Wednesday for Friday delivery. On the day of your delivery DPD will send you an estimated 1 hour delivery slot.

Frozen goods are shipped using wool insulation and dry ice.

OUR INGREDIENTS

We choose only quality ingredients for all our products to make sure everything tastes as good as it can! All our meat is free range, sourced from UK farms. Our fish is sustainably sourced and our prawns are sourced from Ecuador for a sweeter prawn that's more sustainably farmed. We also aim to have a great Vegan offering, with around half of our products being Plant Based.

All our retail products have been developed in our restaurants and then tried and tested on the many customers coming through the doors, so you can be sure you're getting restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of your own home!
