After a small break in our guest chef series we are happy to announce our next one  with the two friends Jake Norman and Sam Binney! Their shared working experience comprises places like Ottolenghi, St Johns and  Bubala - all power houses in the London food scene. We are very excited to see what the two are cooking up for us together!

ABOUT: 

Jake currently works in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, having previously at St John, Bubala, Berber&Q and Sabor as well as cooking in France and Mexico. Sam is a senior chef at Bubala, but has been cooking Jake breakfast for over 20 years (they each credit themselves for teaching the other how to cook).

Expect loud and inauthentic dishes with an influence and adoration of Mexican ingredients and cooking.

We deliver throughout the UK Mainland via DPD every Friday. The online store cutoff is midday each Wednesday for Friday delivery. On the day of your delivery DPD will send you an estimated 1 hour delivery slot.

Frozen goods are shipped using wool insulation and dry ice. 

OUR INGREDIENTS

We choose only quality ingredients for all our products to make sure everything tastes as good as it can!​ All our meat is free range, sourced from UK farms. Our fish is sustainably sourced and our prawns are sourced from Ecuador for a sweeter prawn that's more sustainably farmed. We also aim to have a great Vegan offering, with around half of our products being Plant Based.

RESTAURANT QUALITY

All our retail products have been developed in our restaurants and then tried and tested on the many customers coming through the doors, so you can be sure you're getting restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of your own home!
