JAKE NORMAN & SAM BINNEY X MNTD SUPPER CLUB 23D OF JULY 2024

After a small break in our guest chef series we are happy to announce our next one  with the two friends Jake Norman and Sam Binney! Their shared working experience comprises places like Ottolenghi, St Johns and  Bubala - all power houses in the London food scene. We are very excited to see what the two are cooking up for us together!

ABOUT: 

Jake currently works in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, having previously at St John, Bubala, Berber&Q and Sabor as well as cooking in France and Mexico. Sam is a senior chef at Bubala, but has been cooking Jake breakfast for over 20 years (they each credit themselves for teaching the other how to cook).
Expect loud and inauthentic dishes with an influence and adoration of Mexican ingredients and cooking.
